I’ve been to Nice before and while there the best activity by far was an e bike tour along the the French Riviera going up to a winery. This time I was in Nice the weather was not particularly “nice.” It rained almost the entire time we were there, but we were able to enjoy some time on the pebble beach, walk around the old and new parts, and have some fabulous French cuisine. For dessert I of course had to have a macaron.
Because it’s so close we decided to spend half the day in Monaco as well. We took a train and explored around the small wealthy country. We looked at the large yachts and luxury cars, saw the iconic hairpin turn, and walked into the famous Monte Carlo Casino. After our exploration, we ventured back to our lovely hotel in Nice and had a great dinner. We stayed at the Hyatt along the French Riviera.
