As part of my first job, I lived in three different cities in two years. Here are my favorite things about Syracuse.
- Pastabilities- probably the most popular restaurant for 150 miles. They hand-make their pasta, and it is truly incredible
- Syracuse University campus
- Dinosaur BBQ- quintessential Syracuse BBQ
- Destiny USA- I was honestly intimidated by how big this mall is, but I was able to buy some cute clothes and often had dinner or ice cream there
- Armory Square
- Lots of summer events in Clinton Square
- Everson Museum of Art
- Minor League Ice Hockey at Oncenter Civics center
- Carrier Dome- I never made it there but it is an impressive stadium
- Lakeview Amphitheater- I saw Penatonix there
- New York State Fair- I ended up seeing Ludacris there for basically nothing
- Marriott Syracuse Downtown- really great hotel
- Bike Ride around Onondaga Lake
- Walk Around Skaneateles Lake
- See a show at the Syracuse Stage
